How to buy?

If you do not have a cfx.re account you will need to register first. You can do it from the following link: CFX.re
When adding a script to the shopping cart, you will need to enter your CFX.re username.
Simply your username is enough.

Are the scripts encrypted?

Obfuscation is used just for the mere fact that it makes it difficult to remove the authentication code, for people who want to redistribute a script without authorization.
We confuse the client-server communication code, as well as critical parts of the code that could otherwise be used independently to bypass our resource protection.

We always try to include as much configuration as possible within our scripts as well as some source files so that you can customize them as much as possible to your liking.

Can i return a script and ask for a refund?

Due to the recent amount of stolen scripts appearing on various forums and discord channels, no refunds are given for scripts.
At the moment you make the purchase you are accepting this fact.

If you have any problem with the script you can contact us via Discord or email to try to solve it. You also have at your disposal the documentation section, where you can find detailed information about the script and how to install it.

Can i use the scripts on more than one server?

You can use the scripts on up to 3 different servers as long as you are using a server license key that was generated from your FiveM account.
This also applies to dev/local host servers.

What to expect from our support?

-We provide detailed documentation and installation guides to facilitate the installation process.

-Most of the questions you may have are documented and will solve your problems much faster than waiting for an answer from a support member.

-Support can guide you through the installation in case you have problems with the documentation and steps provided.
But they will not explain in detail how to configure the scripts or adapt them for each server.
The scripts have a lot of configuration and open functions to be modified.

What not to expect from our support?

-We expect our customers to have at least basic knowledge of Lua programming.

-Always check the documentation before purchasing to make sure you will be able to install the script.

-We do not configure/adapt the scripts for each server. That is the responsibility of each customer. That is why if you need specific support we can quote you a price for an installation service.

-We provide you with the product as is, in case you decide to customize it to your liking please do not expect us to provide support with.

-Our support has full right to refuse to support any content that we consider to be leaked (not legally acquired).

-We cannot provide support with content that is not related to our products.

-We cannot modify and/or access other paid content.

How do i get support?

You can contact us through Discord by opening a support ticket or by the email that appears after the purchase.

Can i customize the scripts after purchasing?

The scripts that have UI are totally free to be modified to the taste of each one in terms of design.
Both css and javascript are open for modification.

Do you provide installation services?

Yes, we offer a script installation service but it has an associated cost of 20€/hour.
