Custom Voices
It is possible to modify the voice of the NPCs to the language of your choice or even with your own voices. The voices are inside the folder html/audio. Each file matches each mission number.
Voice File Structure
There are missions that need 3 audio files:
- At the beginning of the mission
- For the mission NPC
- At the end of the mission
Example: Mission 10
For mission 10 where a chef has lost his chef's hat:
- Audio at the start of the mission:
10-1.mp3 - Audio for the NPC where you get the hat:
10-2.mp3 - Audio when you finish the mission and the chef thanks you:
10-3.mp3
Single Audio Missions
For most missions only one audio file is needed. For example, for mission 35 you would only need to modify the file 35-1.mp3.
Creating Custom Voices
For AI voices, a recommended option would be to use services such as https://murf.ai.
You can use any service as long as:
- The file extension is
.mp3 - The file follows the naming convention (mission number + file number)
- The audio quality is clear and appropriate for in-game use
Tips for Custom Voices
- Keep audio files short and concise
- Ensure good audio quality
- Match the tone and personality of the NPC
- Test in-game before final deployment
- Consider multiple languages for international servers
